Since 2004 the BBC’s Midlands base has been in the Mailbox, Birmingham. Most people in Birmingham however, were either unaware of the BBC’s presence here, or assumed it to be corporate offices - not a public space and tour.

So we designed and branded the environment that would not only alter this misconception, but also allow people to connect and engage with the BBC brand and it’s broadcast output. It offers an experience how TV/Radio is made, and encourages people to capture and take-away great memories.
