
Mitchells & Butlers - Son of Steak Restaurant

The task was to create a new name, brand identity and launch collateral for a restaurant serving ‘fast food’ steak. The goal was to carve out a space in the crowded restaurant market and open a chain from this flagship restaurant.
Working with the chefs, I directed a photoshoot that captured the food, environment and feel of the restaurant. We also developed a strong tone of voice and visual language for a variety of multi-channel communications, to enable the restaurant to attract new customers.
The launch of the new restaurant was met with a huge amount of positivity and has gone on to open more chains.
